Call us, day or night.
This service runs on one phone line, with no forms and no chat window, so nothing sits waiting in a queue. A live call lets us ask follow-up questions, hear how urgent the problem is and set a visit while you are still on the line. If your question is not urgent, you can also reach us by email and we will reply once someone is off an active call.
The line is answered 24/7. Rodents are often noisiest between dusk and dawn, and problems do not wait for business hours. Some visits can happen the same day, and we tell you plainly if the earliest slot is later.
What happens after you call.
The steps below are the normal order. The timing depends on the schedule and how urgent the situation is.
- We ask questions about what you have noticed and the type of building.
- We agree a visit time, same day where possible.
- A technician inspects the exterior and interior to find the species and the entry points.
- We explain what we found and the plan, then treat, seal and schedule follow-up.
If you already know the problem, such as noise overhead, you can read about attic and crawl space cleanup or garage and basement rodent control before calling. It is not required, but it helps you describe what you see.
Emergency or routine?
| Situation | How to treat it | What to say |
|---|---|---|
| Animal loose inside living space | Emergency: call right away | Say where it is and that it is active. |
| Chewed wiring or burning smell | Emergency: call an electrician too | Say where the wiring is. |
| Scratching at night, no sightings | Urgent but routine | Say when it started and where. |
| Droppings found in the garage | Routine | Say how much and where. |
| Burrow holes in the yard | Routine | Say where along the foundation or shed. |
For a live rodent in the house or a sudden dead-animal smell, call the 24/7 line directly. If you smell smoke or see sparks, leave the building and call 911 before anything else.
Not sure this matches what you are seeing? Describe it on the call and we will help you sort it out.
Call (888) 686-4821Where we are, and where we are not.
The address shown on this site is a citation address, not an office. There is no walk-in service and nobody is waiting at that door. All work is done at your property inside Little Silver borough, ZIP 07739.
The map on our areas page is only there so you can confirm we cover your street. If you are unsure whether your address is inside the borough, say so on the call and we will confirm it.
How to describe your street.
Give the street name and the nearest cross street or landmark, such as Prospect Avenue, Church Street or the train station. Mention which side of the house is closest to the river, a creek or a wooded lot.
Tell us the house type if you know it: a Cape Cod with an upstairs half-story, a split-level, or a newer rebuild. Older Capes can hide activity behind knee walls, and split-levels may have garage-to-house gaps. This helps us bring the right materials.
What we will not ask you to do.
You do not need to handle droppings or set your own traps before we arrive. Please do not sweep or vacuum dry droppings, and keep pets and children away from the area. Do not spread loose poison, since it puts animals and children at risk.
